Our Fearless Future team is about continuing our impact for all the other 29 days of the month. Through Futuro Sem Medo, we connect teachers, professionals, and entrepreneurs with children, youth, and adults, driving transformation and long-term impact for the future of Brazil! Tech & Innovation is the team that optimizes technology-related operations to empower every team in the project. They manage the project’s website, registration platforms, and volunteer spreadsheets, while driving innovation to streamline operations across all teams and initiatives. Join Tech!
Recreation is responsible for leading the activities directly involving the kids during our events! Get ready for musical chairs, fishpond games, face painting, the toddler corner, and so much more! Join us in bringing joy and fun to even more children in 2025!”
Support team is the foundation that makes our events happen! This team manages the backstage, ensuring all other teams have the infrastructure they need to carry out their roles with excellence. The Cooking team is one of the essential teams behind every event. Many only think of it when break time comes, but the Kitchen team is up early preparing snacks for the kids and making sure there are cold sodas and juices to keep everyone refreshed—ensuring our children and volunteers have the energy to have the time of their lives! Media reaches far beyond where our hands can! Media is a team that operates before, during, and after our monthly events—building excitement for what’s to come, providing full coverage from start to finish, and sharing just how amazing it was across all our social platforms afterward. Our Dentists are the volunteers who take care of the precious smiles of every child supported by the Project. Our children’s teeth are a part of who they are, their self-esteem, and their health!
